Credit Reporting

Credit ReportingCredit Reporting – I had an absolute discharge from bankruptcy two years ago.

My student loans were included. I was able to keep my leased vehicle and haven’t accumulated more debt. I haven’t missed a payment.

I pulled my credit report and noticed that a former creditor is pulling my credit report every month.

In addition last year something called FCT Trustee Estate reviewed my account a year after discharge.

How can I find out what this means? As well, why is the bank reviewing my account each month?

I suggest you contact the creditor, who is pulling your credit report every month, and ask them why.

FCT (First Canadian Title) is a Canadian company supplying title insurance and other real estate-related products and services: https://www.fct.ca/about/our_story.aspx
