Prior to discharge, if I start a new company will the trustee own the shares?

I’m an entrepreneur. If I start a new company prior to being discharged from bankruptcy will the trustee own those shares?

Yes, the trustee can take any equity in the company that you start prior to your discharge.
It’s the same if you win the lottery or have an inheritance, prior to your discharge.
The trustee has the right to all “After-acquired assets”.
