Yes, you will be allowed to trade in stocks after you file bankruptcy, so long as you comply with all the rules.   One of the issues to be resolved is where will the money you are investing come from.

There would be fewer restrictions on your trading if you file a consumer proposal.

Your Licensed Insolvency Trustee will review all these issues with you.
