The Bank walked away from a foreclosure. Do I still owe them if I file bankruptcy?

I walked away from my home 4 years ago and the bank never foreclosed and has “walked away” from foreclosure. I’m about to file for bankruptcy and need more info on whether this will be added to my debtors or not and how to proceed.

You should include the bank mortgage debt with your other creditors when you file bankruptcy.

This will provide you certainty regarding all of the debt you owe.
