Will I be provided with a breakdown of how the surplus income was distributed? Will I be provided with a breakdown of how the surplus income was distributed?

My understanding is that at the end of my bankruptcy, all surplus income that has accumulated will at that time be distributed to my creditors, including payment to my trustee.  Do I have the right to ask for a statement with a breakdown of all transactions?

When the trustee is finished with your file (usually 18 months after your discharge) he will prepare a final statement of receipts and disbursements, which will show the transactions on the file, including payments to creditors.

You and all creditors who proved their claims will be sent a copy.
