Insolvencies were up by 1.8% in March, 2016 compared with the same month the previous year.

  • Consumer Bankruptcies were down by 1.1% for the year ended March 31, 2016 compared with the previous year
    (63,614 / 64,349)
  • Business Bankruptcies were down by 1.9% for the year ended March 31, 2016 compared the previous year.
    (3,077 / 3,136).
  • Proposals were up by 7.7% for the year ended March 31, 2016 compared with the previous year.
    (60,185 / 55,900).
  • For the 12 months ended March 31, 2016 insolvencies were up by 2.8% from the prior 12 months.

Bankruptcy Statistics February 2016

Insolvencies were up by 9.5% in February, 2016 compared with the same month the previous year.
